What was a generations-old family business of crabbers and fishermen in a small Texas town, became the original Cajun seafood boil restaurant on the West Coast. The Boiling Crab® is often imitated, but never duplicated (not even close). As we expand our corporate-owned locations across the United States, we’re also looking to bring our unique and delicious dining experience to cities around the globe – as international franchises.
